Misc: Remove Bolts apply loctite as needed. Remove Seat. Fill unused holes with bolts, grommets, or silicone. Use Heat shrink to splice and seal wires, wiring. Use penetrating agent and or wd40 to loosen bolts or hammer and screwdriver in counterclockwise direction. Battery compartment below seat. 8 9 10 11 model year years.

I have a Victory Kingpin
As long as the front portion of the seat is narrow enough to allow your legs to reach the ground, a wide seat is going to be much more comfortable on the long haul. You might check to see if there are any Victory forums which could provide better info.

Wood Cafe Racer Seat
This is my first ever seat build for my first bike, a 78Cb750K. Sort of a how to for those with no metal fabricating experience or metal tools. I built the seat mainly out of necessity, due to the lack of after market support for K8 Cafe Seats. The frame had been chopped so short that I had nowhere to mount any turn signals, so I decided a flat metal bottom would be perfect to mount whatever I wanted underneath.
